Order Processing:
Normal order processing can take between 1-3 business days (Monday – Friday).
Shipping Delivery
The following shipping methods are available, Standard (2 to 10 days), Urgent (2-3 business days, and on special customer request basis). Business days do not include weekends and there is no weekend delivery for any shipping method. Some items cannot be shipped using Urgent due to size, weight, hazardous materials and/or delivery address. These items will only have Standard available in their shipping options. Currently, we only ship to Eurozone territories, we do not ship to USA, APO/FPO, Canada or other international addresses. Please note that orders could arrive in multiple packages.

STANDARD:
Orders delivered within the European Union states should arrive in 2 - 10 days depending on delivery location. Orders shipped to other non EU countries will take an additional 2-3 days for delivery and may be subject to an additional delivery fees. These regions may be excluded from Free Shipping promotions.
URGENT:
Urgent delivery is only available on select products for customers who ship orders within the contiguous European Union countries. Urgent delivery orders will be processed on the same day if they are placed by 11:00am CT on a business day, and should arrive in 2 - 3 business days. Orders placed after 11:00am CT will be processed on the following business day, and should arrive in 2 - 3 business days. All orders must have a valid street address (no PO Boxes). Not all items are eligible for expedited delivery. This method is not available for some regions.

What is the "Oversized Shipping" charge?
For some items shipping within the European Union an incremental shipping charge may be incurred due to an item’s size and weight. The incremental charge is charged for total quantity ordered. Note: The incremental charge, if applicable, is displayed on product detail pages and throughout checkout.
Shipping Promotion Exclusions
The following items are excluded from shipping promotions: Oversized Shipping Charges, Gift Cards, Custom Invitations, Custom Orders and promotional purchases.
Free Shipping on certain items
Products eligible for free shipping will be designated on the product page and at checkout. You must select Free shipping at checkout. Oversized charges may apply. Offer valid on Parazitka.com only. Entire order ships free with qualifying item purchase.
Signature Confirmation
Some orders may require a signature at time of delivery. If signature is required, carrier will make two delivery attempts, excluding weekends and holidays. Carrier will not deliver unless they acquire a signature.

E-Gift Card Orders
- To ensure same-day delivery, order must be placed by 11am CT, pending payment authorization.
- You can also schedule a delivery for the date of your choice. All E-Gift cards are redeemable online and in store.
